Terms of Service
1. Services Provided
We provide professional auto detailing services, including but not limited to:

Exterior washing and polishing

Interior cleaning and conditioning

Paint correction
-
Ceramic coatings
-
Other detailing services as specified in your service agreement.
2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods specified at the time of booking.

A deposit may be required for certain services.
3. Appointments and Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

No-shows or late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
4. Client Responsibilities

Ensure the vehicle is accessible and all personal belongings are removed before the service begins.

Inform us of any pre-existing damages, defects, or conditions that may affect the detailing process.
5. Liability for Damages
a. Pre-Existing Conditions:

We are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to rust, chipped paint, dents, or any structural weakness.
b. Damages Caused During Service:

While we take the utmost care during the detailing process, accidental damages may occur. If damages such as chipped paint, scratches, or other incidental harm are caused by our team, the following process will apply:

The issue must be reported to us immediately or within 24 hours after service completion.

An inspection will be conducted to assess the damage.

If deemed our responsibility, we will either:

Arrange for repair by a licensed professional at no cost to you, or

Provide fair compensation for the damage.

c. Limitations of Liability:

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair or the value of the affected area, whichever is lesser.

We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
6. Warranty of Service

We provide a satisfaction guarantee for all our services. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Certain services, such as ceramic coatings, may come with additional warranties provided by the product manufacturer. Details will be provided at the time of service.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in service due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Seattle, Washington.
10. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes prior to their next appointment.
11. Acknowledgment
By scheduling an appointment or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
